Performance Softwash LLC provides exterior cleaning services including but not limited to soft washing, pressure washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, holiday lighting installation, and related services in the Little Rock, Arkansas area and surrounding regions.
2. Quote Requests and Service Agreements
Submitting a quote request form does not constitute a binding service agreement. A service agreement is formed when both parties confirm scheduling and pricing in writing or via electronic communication. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
3. SMS / Text Message Terms
By submitting a quote request form on our website and providing explicit SMS consent, you agree to receive text messages from Performance Softwash LLC at the phone number provided. These messages may include service updates, appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and occasional promotional offers.

4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and electronic payments. A minimum service charge of $400 applies to new residential customers. Returned payments may be subject to a processing fee.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Property Access and Liability
By scheduling service, you grant Performance Softwash LLC permission to access your property to perform the requested services. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, or conditions that are exacerbated by normal cleaning processes. We carry appropriate business liability insurance.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. Claims made after 48 hours may not qualify for a return visit.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on performancesoftwash.com including text, images, logos, and branding is the property of Performance Softwash LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Performance Softwash LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
